The SMC-2E is able to accept a wide variety of winding heads which ranges from Slider Winding, Belt Winding to Gear Winding System.With the array of winding heads choice on a single SMC-2E Base Machine, you are able to complete most of your winding applications within your production budget!
With the touch screen HMI design and Multi-Level Progressive Winding Program, programming is made simple for the most complicated winding applications. The SMC-2E also has a turns error eliminator for accurate turns count. The use of a 1KW 2000RPM DC brushless motor saves your engineers free of worries for maintenance. A dream come true for every toroidal transformer production line.
